Image Usage & Consent
Your images belong to you. F64 Boudoir Photography will never publish, share, or use your photographs in any form — including on this website, social media, or marketing materials — without your explicit written permission.
Before any images are used publicly, you will be asked to sign a separate image release form. You may revoke that permission at any time by contacting us at focus@f-64.com.
Contact Form Data
When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us via email. We do not store form submissions in a database, and your contact information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We will never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.
Analytics & Cookies
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. No tracking cookies are set on this site.

As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell data)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights
To exercise these rights, contact us at focus@f-64.com.
